At Rhu, we are small team of chefs and bakers. We've built our foundation in fine-dining, our love and passion for food is what drove us into that space. However, the inaccessibility that comes with fine-dining was always a great point of frustration for us. With Rhu we're aiming to deliver food that is technically complex and simply delicious, in a setting that is considered and minimalist.

The goal with our food is to utilize the techniques and philosophies we've cultivated throughout our careers in fine-dining to provide our guests with dishes that take an unorthodox approach.
